We don’t just capture the visuals of the moment — we chase your story and capture the emotion. Raw emotion lives in raw audio: your first look, private vows, letters read with shaking hands, the ceremony, the toasts, your people laughing in the background. Without that, a wedding film is a slideshow with music under it. We mic the moments that matter, so your film doesn’t just show your day — it sounds like it. The day goes by fast, but you’ll relive it for the rest of your days.
What is a wedding film?
A time capsule — a way to step back inside your day and relive it. The big moments, and every one you didn’t get to see.
The big moments
The ones you’ve been planning for:
The moments you’d otherwise miss
…and the ones you can’t plan for. The day moves fast, and you can’t be everywhere:
We chase your story.
The story session
A relaxed sit-down interview — just the two of you, telling it in your own words. Those voices become the narration woven through your film:
- ▸ How you met
- ▸ What you love about each other
- ▸ What this day means
The guest confessional
Your day is going to fly by — and your wedding is made up of the people who love you most. You won’t get to hear everything they want to say. The confessional hands them the mic:
- ▸ Their favorite moment of the day
- ▸ Memories of you two they’ve never told you
- ▸ Advice — solicited or otherwise
- ▸ Their best moves, on the record
- ▸ Or just a simple “we love you”
- ✓Ceremony + portraits
- ✓Highlight film
- ✓Licensed music
- ✓Everything in 6hr
- ✓Getting-ready coverage
- ✓Speeches + toasts
- ✓Drone shots
- ✓Everything in 8hr
- ✓Full-day coverage
- ✓Raw audio moments
- ✓Story session
- ✓Guest confessional
NO PACKAGES. ALL DAY. EVERY DAY.
No hourly packages, no coverage tiers, no watching the clock. When you hire Pursuit Filmz you get the whole day — morning prep through the last song — plus a story session. The honest reason: your film is my portfolio. If I leave at hour eight and the best moment happens at hour nine, I didn’t just shortchange you, I made a worse film. Neither of us wins. So the clock never runs.
NO PACKAGES. NO MYSTERY PRICING. EVERY FILM SCOPED TO THE DAY.
How many hours of coverage do we get?+
All of them. One rate, the whole day — morning prep through the last song. No tiers, no overtime clock, no negotiating for your own sparkler exit.
What’s the story session?+
A relaxed sit-down interview — just the two of you telling your story: how you met, what you love about each other, what this day means. Those voices become the narration woven through your film. It’s also how we get to know each other, so on your wedding day I’m not a stranger with a camera.
How far out should we book?+
EDIT — typical answer is 6–12 months for peak season Saturdays. Put your real booking window here.
Do you travel?+
Yes — couples have flown me to Maui, Las Vegas, New York, Philadelphia, Tennessee, and Florida to film their day. Travel weddings are billed at the travel base rate plus actual travel costs, quoted up front so there are no surprises.
How does booking work?+
Send an inquiry with your tentative date. I confirm availability personally, we talk through the day, and a signed agreement plus retainer locks your date. The retainer is non-refundable — it takes your date off the market.
When do we get our film?+
EDIT — state your real delivery window (e.g., X–Y weeks) and stick to it.
Can we opt out of our film being used for promotion?+
Yes. Promotional use is covered in the agreement and includes an opt-out.
Anything that affects filming we should know about?+
DJ lasers and certain venue lighting can permanently damage camera sensors — the agreement covers this and I coordinate with your DJ ahead of time so it never becomes a problem.
